Southern Nevada Hispanic Employment Program (SNHEP) Council recognizes that the workforce is changing. The workforce is impacted by a knowledge-based economy, dramatic advances in technology, increased emphasis on results, rising expectations, and quality customer service. These changes are having a dramatic impact in the workforce, which are demanding more opportunities for training, becoming more diverse, expecting more flexibility and support in the workplace.
